What procuring entities can expect
Compliant submissions
In-house bid team preparing technical, financial and eligibility documents against PPR-2008, World Bank and ADB procurement guidelines. Bid, performance and advance-payment guarantees issued through scheduled banks.
Independent verification
Type-test reports from accredited laboratories; pre-shipment inspection by SGS or Bureau Veritas; factory acceptance testing open to client engineers.
Remote-site logistics
Delivery to char islands, hill tracts and camps using our own vehicle fleet and contracted river transport, with GPS-tracked consignments and photographic proof of delivery.
Post-installation obligations
Defect liability periods up to 5 years, spare-part stocking at district level, and monthly performance reporting for programme monitoring units.
